90 DAYS RETURN POLICY
We are committed to creating a comfortable and pleasant shopping experience at icutee.com. That's why we offer an easy, hassle-free 90-day return & exchange service for all purchases. Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. All policies begin on the date of purchase. Please check whether your item(s) are covered by our 90-Day Return & Exchange Policy.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Please contact our customer service first for your return request and the request should be approved.
Important Note: All items returned without authorization will not be accepted!!
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 90 days from the date of purchase.
3. All items must be returned in a new and unworn condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Items
1. Products that are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
2. Products that are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
3. Replaced items will not be accepted for a refund.
4. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, over time, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with a silver polishing cloth to return their original look.
5. We do not accept any returns for any personalized photo charm(s) unless the picture’s appearance is different from the photo provided to Icutee, as stated in our 90-day Return/Exchange Policy section.
Return/Exchange Procedure
Step 1: If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service representative first for further help.You may email us at:Icuteeofficial@gmail.com, Our business address: Room 605, No. 10, Jinzhou North Road, Cangshan District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province,China.
Step 2: Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal the parcel securely.
Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.
Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions. (approximately 5-7 business days)
Finally, we will email you once your return or exchange has been processed.
Refunds
Once our Customer Service has approved your request, the returns will be processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of your package. The funds will be issued to your original payment account (approximately 5-7 business days), depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction fee.
Note: All PayPal payments can only be refunded via PayPal, and all debit or credit card payments will be refunded to the original card.
Shipping Fee Refunds
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
For products that are not damaged but the customer wants to return, you can first contact our customer service to apply for a refund.Once we receive the product in undamaged condition, we will arrange a refund within two to three business days. (Note: that the shipping cost for this process is borne by the customer)
Icutee will reimburse customers US$10 as the return shipping fee under the following circumstances:
Note: The amount of return shipping fee will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.
1. Customers received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
Please Note: Icutee reserves the right not to process the refund if the items are returned in unacceptable condition.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Order cancellation within 24 hours is free of charge. Beyond this time, restocking/processing fees will apply to cancellations even if the order has not been shipped out.
2. Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping costs and 80% of the product purchase price.
3. Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping costs and 50% of the product purchase price.
4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
